Transcript:
Official transcripts of all tertiary level studies. Official transcripts must reach respective Graduate Divisions directly from the University, or in sealed envelopes and sent by the applicant with other supporting documents to the Graduate Divisions.
Personal Statement:
Applicants are required to submit a 3-page proposal written in English (including research topic, research summary, previous research regarding the topic, methodology employed and references).
Recommendation Letter:
Submit 2 referees' information in the section "My referee(s)" after settling the application fee and you can check the referees' submission status in the same section. Your referee will then receive an invitation email to login the Online Confidential Recommendation System to complete the Confidential Recommendation / Referee's Report.

Copies of certificates of academic/professional qualifications; Copies of identity card or passport
