Transcript:
Transcripts are required from those institutions where the student has earned a degree (any bachelor's degree and master's), and transcripts from all other colleges and universities attended in the last eight years. If the degrees were earned more than eight but less than fifteen years prior to the semester for which admission was sought, only transcripts from those institutions where the student earned degrees are required. If the prospective student has not enrolled in a college or university for more than fifteen years prior to the semester for which admission is sought, only proof of the degrees held is required.

Personal Statement:
Statement of academic/professional goals (750-1000 words)
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation (preferably from past professors, uploaded by letter writers to application system)
Writing Sample:
Students with Master's degrees only: A writing sample (a brief example of your academic writing)
