The Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology (Prof. Gudela Grote), widely known for its research on the quality of working life, is inviting applications for a doctoral position at the intersection of work, organization and technology.
Doctoral position in work and organizational psychology: Future of Work (80-100%)
The research will be conducted within the NCCR Digital fabrication and aims at understanding how new technologies change human work and the organization of work in the field of architecture and construction. In collaboration with research teams in architecture and engineering, methods will be developed and validated that support socio-technical design where technological innovation happens in line with desired scenarios for the future of work.

背景偏好:We are looking for a candidate with a master's degree in work and organizational psychology (or a similar degree), a strong interest in multidisciplinary research, knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and an excellent command of both German and English.
