Two Academic Referees' Reports
Before you provide the name and email address of your referee, please ensure that they had already agreed to fill out the online referee report form for your NTU application.
The Referee email address must be an Official institutional email address. ( email address given by his University or organization, etc).
Email address given by the free-email provider will not be accepted (eg email address given by hotmail, gmail, yahoo, qq, etc).
Other Documents:
1. Personal Detail (in English)
1.1. Passport/Identification card. A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport or identification card.
1.2 Mailing Address for postal services. Must be a valid address that allows letters to be sent there for the next 6-9 months. If you are unsure of your mailing address, please check with your local postal office.
2. One recent passport-sized colour photograph
Image must be taken within the last 3 months
Photograph must be in colour and taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish
Image must show the full face
Headgear worn for religious reasons are accepted but must not hide facial features)
