2017年美国南加州大学研究生申请之IDDS项目

　　澳际教育介绍，南加州大学（University of Southern California，缩写USC）是一所中等大小的私立综合性全国大学，成立于1880年，位于美国西部大都会洛杉矶市区，该校是加州最古老的私立研究型大学。作为全球化大都市，洛杉矶吸引了世界各地的人，而位于洛杉矶市的南加大成为了美国大学中，国际学生最多的大学。南加大利用洛杉矶这个有利环境预备建立亚洲与太平洋沿岸的研究与农业研究机构。根据卡内基教育基金会2005年公布的大学分类，南加大被归类为“研究活动非常活跃的研究型大学”（very high research activity）。

　　基本信息：

　　注：

　　(1) NDBE是美国牙医委员会举办的官方考试，分2部分；

　　(2) TOEFL最低100，单项不低于20。

　　申请说明

　　南加州大学IDDS学制2年，学生毕业后即可获得DDS学位，但并没有牙医证书，毕业生可参加美国临床委员会考试CBE获得证书，此证书在美国任何州都认可。

　　申请国际牙医博士（International Dental Surgery）需具备学历要求有：本科牙医学位BDS、DDS、DMD等。

　　通过CAAPID完成在线申请表：Complete online application

　　成绩单认证：Course-by-Course Evaluation from World Education Services (WES)

　　2封推荐信：Two letters of recommendation: one from the dean of your dental school, and one from a faculty member of your dental school

　　语言成绩：Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

　　执照：Documentary proof of license or registration to practice dentistry from a Ministry of Health or proper governing body

　　官方成绩单原件：Complete official/original transcripts or mark sheets, in the original language, of all college and university coursework, including dental education

　　牙医毕业证：Dental degree diploma in the original language

　　美国牙医委员会官方考试：Official National Dental Board Examination (NDBE) Part I results, in a sealed envelope from the American Dental Association (ADA)

　　护照复印件：A passport-style photo of yourself, measuring 2 inches x 2 inches

　　资金证明：金额$3,600（个人）

　　健康证明：Required Health Documentation
