由于中国的房地产热潮，房地产专业近年来也获得了不少人的青睐。虽然美国设立房地产专业的学校数量相对较少，但从最近的趋势看申请的人数越来越多。房地产管理和土地管理在国家整体建设中扮演非常重要的角色，该专业主要研究房地产管理和土地开发体系。

申请资格
申请Bachelor需要美国认可的高中毕业，TOEFL，SAT I 或ACT，较好大学会要求SAT II。 Graduate Program(硕士课程和博士课程)需要大学本科或者以上学位，相关的专业背景(不一定非要本专业)，TOEFL当然是必备的，还有GMAT或GRE (视本专业所属学院而定，如果在管理学院通常要GMAT，如果在土地、建筑或城市计划学院通常要 GRE)，一般要求GPA在3.0以上。
毕业走向
毕业生可以从事房地产中介专业人员，房地产估价师或分析师，房地产开发人员，券商产业分析人员，政府部门土地规划与开发人员，土地规划与开发政策拟定人员，企业土地与房地产投资人员等。
