演讲摘要：

Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.Your time is limited, so don`t waste it living someone else`s life. Don`t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people`s thinking. Don`t let the noise of others` opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary。

记着你总会死去，这是我知道的防止患得患失的最佳办法。赤条条来去无牵挂，还有什么理由不随你的心？！你的时间是有限的，因此不要把时间浪费在过别人的生活上。不要被教条所困------使自己的生活受限于他人的思想成果。不要让他人的意见淹没了你自己内心的声音。最重要的是，要有勇气跟随你的内心与直觉，它们好歹已经知道你真正想让自己成为什么。其他的，都是次要的。

There are these two young fish swimming along and they happen to meet an older fish swimming the other way, who nods at them and says, “Morning, boys. How`s the water?” And the two young fish swim on for a bit, and then eventually one of them looks over at the other and goes, “What the hell is water?”... simple awareness; awareness of what is so real and essential, so hidden in plain sight all around us, all the time, that we have to keep reminding ourselves over and over:“This is water。”“This is water。”It is unimaginably hard to do this, to stay conscious and alive in the adult world day in and day out。
