It’s an iPhone case that is an Android phone.

　　When you have the Eye plugged in to your iPhone, you can use your phone as normal (albeitwith a fairly bulky case strapped to it), or you can flip it round, and have an entirely separatephone that you can also use as normal. Who wouldn’t love that feature?
