2017年中国人买下澳洲近4成住宅地.

  In 2016, Chinese investors spent 2.4 billionAustralian dollars purchasing residential land inAustralia, accounting for 35 percent of all Australianreal estate trade, according to Knight Frank, aglobal real estate consultancy company.

  据全球房地产咨询公司莱坊日前表示,2016年中国投资者在澳大利亚买地花费了24亿澳元,占到了澳大利亚房地产交易额的35%。

  That's an increase of 9.4 percent on the previousyear. Knight Frank's report said the amount of realestate bought by Chinese consumers was seventeentimes greater than in 2012.

  In 2012, the average area of trading plots was 1,200 square meters, with every plot having 103 living units. In 2016, the number had risen to 502 units with an average area of 21 thousand square meters.

China will focus on other cities in Australia when competition for realestate becomes too fierce", said Lin Rongjie, managing director of Cushman And Wakield'sResearch Department in China.

  房地产巨头高纬环球中国研究部总经理林荣杰表示:“悉尼和墨尔本这两个安全的地方仍然是中国投资者的首选,而这一趋势还将持续下去。如果房地产竞争太激烈,中国会把目光放到澳大利亚其他城市上。”
