　　在工作中，我们经常会遇到商业秘密，也就是Business secret，不论是在公司的制度规定里，还是各种商业合同里，都会有关于商业秘密的条款，下面我们来看一些句子，顺便熟悉一下商业机密相关的英语词语和用法。

　　未经特许人同意，任何人不得泄露、向他人透露或转让特许人的商业秘密。

　　Without the consent of the franchisor, anyone must not reveal, or disclose or transfer to another person, the franchisor’s commercial secrets.

　　当事人在订立合同过程中知悉的商业秘密，无论合同是否成立，不得泄露或者不正当地使用。

　　A party may not disclose or improperly use any trade secret which it became aware of in the course of negotiating a contract, regardless of whether a contract is formed.

　　双方都有义务保护对方的利益，双方应该承诺相互为对方保守技术和商业秘密。
