夏日炎炎,“中暑”怎么说?.

  炎炎夏日,谁没有过中暑的痛苦经历?头痛(headache)、 眩晕(dizziness)、 恶心反胃(nausea),这样的中暑症状,想必你都有过切身体会!今天就来看看,“中暑了”都有哪些说法?

  1. Heatstroke/sunstroke 中暑

  I got sunstroke. 我中暑了。

  2. Heat exhaustion/heat prostration 轻度中暑、中暑虚脱

  Heat exhaustion can lead to heatstroke if it is not treated.

  如果不及时治疗,轻微中暑可能会导致中暑。

  防暑降温小贴士:

  • Wear lightweight, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing.

  选择轻便、颜色浅、宽松的服装。

  • Protect yourself from the sun by wearing a hat or using an umbrella.

  戴上帽子或撑伞远离日晒。

  •Use sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or more.

  使用15倍及以上的防晒霜。

  •Schedule vigorous outdoor activities for cooler times of the day -- bore 10:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m.

  剧烈的户外运动最好安排在每天较为凉爽的时间里,比如早上10点前,晚上6点后。

  •During an outdoor activity, take frequent breaks. Drink water or other fluids every 15 to 20 minutes, even if you don&apost feel thirsty.

  户外活动时,多注意休息。就算不觉得渴,也要每隔15-20分钟记得饮水或饮料。
