当你在面试时,最好尽力表现出对公司的关心并且愿意帮助公司发展。询问关于升职的事或者将关注点放在职位能给自己带来什么会让面试官反感。晋升的事其实可以等你得到工作或工作一段时间后再问。
When you&aposre in an interview, try your best to show that you care about the company and how you want to help it grow. Asking questions about promotions or continuously focusing on what you can get out of this job position may be off-putting to your interviewer. Questions about career progression should be asked after you get the job, and after you&aposve been at the job for a good while.
Remember, your interviewer has probably talked to a ton of job candidates, which means she pretty much knows what you&aposre thinking when you ask questions with promotions in mind. She will know why you&aposre asking her how long she&aposs been at her position and how long it took for her to move up. It&aposs OK to bring it up brily and with finesse, but you need to be really carul about how you phrase it. Be sure put less emphasis on what&aposs in it for you, and more on what you can do for the company.
