　　Reuters - China&aposs ruling party pledged to let markets play a "decisive" role in allocating resources as it unveiled a rorm agenda for the next decade on Tuesday, looking to overhaul the world&aposs second-largest economy to drive future growth.路透社11月12日报道，中国执政党12日公布了今后十年的改革议程，保证将使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用，并将对中国——世界第二大经济体实行彻底改革以推动其未来的发展。

　　China aims to achieve "decisive results" in its rorm push by 2020, with economic changes a central focus of overall rorms, the ruling Communist Party said in a communiqué released by state media at the end of a four-day closed-door meeting of the party&aposs 205-member Central Committee.中国共产党在官方媒体发布的十八届三中全会公报上指出，中国的目标是到2020年在推动改革上取得“决定性成果”，也指出经济体制改革是全面深化改革的重点。日前，由205名委员组成的中央委员会在北京参加了四天的非公开会议。

　　"The core issue is to straighten out the relationship between government and the market, allowing the market to play a decisive role in allocating resources and improving the government&aposs role," the party said in its statement.公报指出，核心问题是处理好政府和市场的关系，使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好地发挥政府的作用。

　　It added that it would set up a central leading team for "comprehensively deepening rorm," responsible for "designing rorm on an overall basis, arranging and co-ordinating rorm, pushing forward rorm as a whole, and supervising the implementation of rorm plans".公报还指出，中央将成立全面深化改革领导小组，负责改革总体设计、统筹协调、整体推进、督促落实。

　　In previous policy statements, the Communist Party had often described markets as playing a "basic" role in allocating resources, Xinhua news agency said, meaning the new language amounts to an upgrading of its role in the party philosophy.在之前的政策声明中，中国共产党常称市场在资源配置中起“基础性”作用，新华社表示，这一表述上的变化意味着市场将在党的哲学体系中发挥更大的作用。
