　　There&aposs nothing quite like $85,000 worth of gifts to salve the wound of an Oscars snub: that&aposs the cost of this year&aposs bag, almost double the value of last year&aposs swag.

　　The bag - which must be size of a small house - contains everything from gift cards for luxury overseas holidays, hair transplants and a vaginal rejuvenation procedure to his &aposn&apos hers pepper spray guns (hers pink, his camouflage).

　　A spokesperson for Distinctive Assets told Business Insider that this year&aposs swag bag was so much larger than last year&aposs because of a spike in interest from companies.

　　&aposThis year we had so many vendors approach the team at Distinctive Assets wanting to be a part of the gift bag,&apos say the spokesperson.

　　&aposThere are also several luxury items included which really boost up the value.&apos

　　There are also several obscure gifts that one has difficulty imagining Hollywood glamor pusses needing, such as a hair transplant or $280 worth of maple syrup.

　　It&aposs unclear how much of the swag is actually utilized by the celebrities themselves or if it&aposs simply handed off as gifts for overworked staff members or family.

　　Either way, the publicity that comes from a spot in the bag is clearly worth the expense for vendors.

　　CNN reports that Ally Sinclair, owner of New Mexico-based chocolate company Cocopotamus, has made the investment several times and would do it again in a heartbeat.

　　Last year, she was invited to spruik her Cocopotamus wares at one of the Oscars&apos charity events in which Sinclair says nominees and presenters &apostraipse&apos through hotel ballrooms decorated like &aposa Saudi Arabian princess&apos wedding,&apos and help themselves to anything they fancy, from clothing to diamond jewelry to chocolate truffles.
