　　Pangu said it is suing its Chinese partners for contract fraud and demanding that Paramount delete scenes from the movie that feature images of its logo and properties. It said it has also asked the Chinese government&aposs film regulator to suspend or stop screenings of the movie, which is due to open in Chinese cinemas on Friday.

　　盘古氏称它将以合同欺诈的罪名起诉《变4》的中国合作方，并要求派拉蒙电影公司删除电影中和盘古大观的标志和建筑有关的画面。盘古氏表示，它已经向国家广电总局要求暂缓和停止《变4》在内地的上映。该电影原定本周五在中国影院上映。

　　盘古氏公司表示，《变4》中国合作方冒名签署合约，构成contract fraud(合同欺诈)。盘古氏公司就是北京著名建筑Pangu Plaza(盘古大观)的所有者。

　　盘古氏代表表示，《变4》中国合作方never delivered on pledges to hold the movie premiere at Pangu&aposs hotel(始终没兑现在盘古酒店举办电影首映礼的承诺)，盘古大观主体建筑也没有如约出现在trailers(预告片)和movie posters(电影海报)中。
