《魔兽世界》导演采访称吴彦祖最帅.

　　端午假期最火爆的电影莫过于由风靡全球的游戏《魔兽世界》改编的电影了，上映以来票房是创下一个个记录。导演邓肯·琼斯最近接受一游戏网的采访，分享其关于电影的拍摄心路历程，同时也对电影里的角色进行了点评。

　　While he talked about the progress of the film during an interview with 2P, Jones also discussed characters in "WOW."

　　琼斯在接受2P游戏网的采访时谈到了该电影的制作进程以及《魔兽世界》中的角色。

　　In his forts to bring justice to the well-loved game, Jones reportedly asked great actors to portray the characters in the movie. One of them is Daniel Wu, whom he can't stop singing praises for amazingly portraying his character Gul'dan, the leader of the Orcs.

　　琼斯尽力想把这款备受欢迎的游戏电影版拍好，据传他有邀请一些巨星来出演片中的角色。其中之一就有丹尼尔·吴(吴彦祖)，琼斯对吴彦祖在片中出色扮演的古尔丹(兽人的领袖)十分赞赏。

　　"Daniel has dinitely put his own stamp on the character... and that is how it should be," he revealed. "You don't hire great actors to crush their individuality by forcing them into a mould you have in mind! You find a way to blend the character and the man, and get a performance that is rooted in something that is honest to them."

　　“吴彦祖为这个角色贴上了自己标签……也理应如此，”琼斯说道，“你不能用自己的模式去硬套给演员，让他们失去自己的个性!你要找到一种方式，让角色和演员融合在一起，让表演变得有根有据合情合理。”

　　Adding, "But of course, there is a lot of expectation for Warcraft, and an audience that has strong ideas on who and what the characters should be. This is a good challenge, and one I know Daniel was excited to take up! He had one very important fan of the game to impress; his wife! She has played Warcraft for a long time, and was very serious that he get Gul'dan just right!"

　　他还补充说道：“当然了，观众对电影《魔兽世界》有很多期待，对于一些角色该怎么来有的观众会有自己的理解。这是一个很好的挑战，我知道吴彦祖也很期待这个挑战。他所要取悦该游戏最大的粉丝就是他的妻子!她玩魔兽有很长一段时间了，所以对于吴彦祖怎么演好古尔丹她会好好把关!”

　　And while fans are worried that Daniel Wu won't have too much exposure or importance in "Warcraft" movie, Duncan Jones assured fans that it's not going to be the case, instead Wu is such an important character in the game that he is "pivotal" in the story.

　　很多粉丝担心吴彦祖在电影《魔兽世界》中不会有太多的戏份，邓肯向粉丝们保证，事情不会是这样的。相反，吴彦祖在戏中是一个很重要的角色，也是故事的关键人物。

　　"I understand the concern!...and I am very aware of how cynical the film business can be in this area!" He said. "But please do not worry. Gul'dan is a central character, who is pivotal to the film's story! You will see a lot of him, but... you will not see Daniel Wu in the way you expect!"

　　“我理解粉丝的顾虑!我也很清楚电影行业在这方面是令人怀疑的。” 琼斯说道，“但请别担心，古尔丹是整部电影的中心角色，是故事的关键所在。你会经常看到古尔丹的，但……你看到的吴彦祖并不会是你想象的那个样子哦!”
