　　简单的说： in accordance with 后面跟的东东有权威性、强制信。

　　而according to后面的东东没有。所以可理解为 根据。

　　This expression emphasises the basis for doing something, or for believing something

　　19.Due to 与 because of

　　Due to means"cause by". It shoud only be used if it can be substitued with "caused by".

　　It doed not mean the same thing as "because of ",

　　Incorrect: The game was postponed due to rain.

　　Correct: The game was postponed because of rain.

　　Correct: The game&aposs postponement was due to rain.

　　二.标点：

　　1. 逗号：

　　逗号引导连续几个修饰部分，可以不依照就近修饰，而是还修饰中心词。(有待考证)

　　逗号引导原因：I do not think A, because B 的意思只有：因为B，所以不认为A(I don&apost think A and the reason is B)

　　I do not think A because B的意思可能是：因为B，所以不认为A (I don&apost think A and the reason is B)or 不是因为B才认为A(I think A and the reason is not B)，一般取后者。

　　逗号很关键,没有逗号会引起歧义，书面语中一般取后者，口语中根据重音决定。

　　2. 逗号与yet：

　　Yet adv.

　　Have not yet.., does not yet…, and yet+动词是常见形式

　　Yet conj有四种形式

　　句子.Yet (,)+句子//

　　yet前如果没有逗号，其yet后的意思和该分句里的内容并列。
