　　学生出错的原因就是不熟悉in order to 这种GMAT阅读功能题的解题思路。学生会根据题目里的supervision of schools 定位到文章23行的内容，结果看到文章22行出现了for example， 就草率的选择了C选项。其实这种题的正确答案应该是for example 前面句子的同义改写，也就是文章20行的话 she shows that the debate itself depends on frame of rerence. 纵观五个选项，考生会发现E选项才是20行这句话的同义改写，所以正确选项应该选E。
