　　关于CEO的。说有的公司经营不善，连连亏损，但还是花大价钱把CEO留下来，因为相信他们有expertise能让公司起死回生。然后作者就说了，这是不对的，应该把他们fire了，因为他们在位时就没把公司弄好。问assumption。

　　我选的是现在downtown的那些high-rise的occupancy rate已经比别的相当条件城市的低了。

　　说某地政府财政赤字，于是想通过在downtown盖high-density building来吸引更多的人在downtown居住，然后税收增加，因为修road的话花费更大。问weaken。
