Two reasons: first is that in the author&aposs region, the university hospitals have 15% fewer doctors, 20% less success on caring of patients than private hospitals--somewhat statistics; Second reason is the author believes that the university hospitals doctors divide their time into conducting researchs, teaching students and taking care of patients.
