1、 自从M作为S市市长以来，人口数量锐减且失业率攀升；相比而言，之前的Z市长在任时，人口数量增加且失业率下滑。结论：应该弹劾M市长，请回Z作为S市市长。
原题：In the first four years that Montoya has served as mayor of the city of San Perdito, the population has decreased and the unemployment rate has increased. Two businesses have closed for each new business that has opened. Under Varro, who served as mayor for four years bore Montoya, the unemployment rate decreased and the population increased. Clearly, the residents of San Perdito would be best served if they voted Montoya out of office and reelected Varro.
2、 调查显示人们锻炼生病少。于是一个councial 认为增加 well-gym 会减少health insurance coverage,并且可以balance budget等等
[v2] another one is about a business manager&aposs proposal to build some gym in a town to reduce the cost of group insurance.
[v3]是说多锻炼的人少生病，所以政府修个well-equipped gym 就可以减少几乎一半的 group health insurance， 然后就可以balance budget。
[v4] 一个说什么exercise与cost of insurance的。讲到一个BLABLA的不知道是企业还是公司的为员工建了体育馆 然后result in保险费用的降低和balance budget。还蛮好写的 看过很多类似的题 随便凑凑就差不多嘞。
原题：The following appeared in a memo to the Saluda town council from the town’s business manager.
“Research indicates that those who exercise regularly are hospitalized less than half as often as those who don’t exercise. By providing a well-equipped gym for Saluda’s municipal employees, we should be able to reduce the cost of our group health insurance coverage by approximately 50% and thereby achieve a balanced town budget.
