　　以下是2011年10-11月的GMAT作文AA部分机经更新，更新日期从10月27日起至11月14日，目前共40题。澳际留学祝大家GMAT考试顺利!

　　V1 一个chain 为了 提高利润和降低 成本 和一个CAFE合作

　　V2 讲一个叫Greentree 。。的商店的PROFIT下降。其主要客户是有钱人。为了减少cost,要采取措施。每个商店减少十个employees,和一个咖啡店联合，因为有类似类型的客户。

　　V3 Greentree Grocer 主要卖奢侈品，销售量不错，但是利润一直在下降。于是想通过削减成本使利润上升。采用的办法有裁员，每个部门裁十个人，还有一个忘记了。又有办法是和一个咖啡店合作，因为调查显示这个咖啡店的消费人群和Greentree Grocer的消费人群是一样的，因此可以通过这种方式增加销量，提升利润。 (这个题目特别长，能有七八行吧)

　　考古：

　　V1某家公司sales增加，但是profit没有增加，于是想办法。一个办法是reduce costs,具体是在不影响顾客满意度的前提下，lay off 10 employees at each store and eliminate free samples什么的。第二个办法是与一个cafe合作，在store里开这个cafe，因为有survey显示喝咖啡的人与倾向于在store shopping的人是similar的

　　V2一家G grocer主要卖expensive luxuries，销售增长很快，但利润下降了。公司打算每个店裁掉lay off一部分人，eliminate displays and samples。同时，公司打算让一家Cabaret的coffee shop在商场内开店，因为公司发现咖啡店的顾客与商场的顾客相似。

　　V3.有一个grocer store，顾客都是富人，在不减少顾客购物体验的条件下，store plans to reduce costs by laying off 10 employees at each stores and eliminating expensive products display and free samples。又提到要和一个coffee cafe合作，因为coffee cafe的顾客群和grocer store的是同一类人，因此合作很有可能会增加去store的顾客，从而增加sales。因此这个plan最终会增加sales和profits.

　　V4. 一个商店，叫Greenlines Grocers还是神马，最近销售不好利润下降。该店主要销售高级食品之类的东东。人家就说了，采取措施reduce cost: 1. 解雇10个人 2取消free samples and expensive displays.然后又出了个点子，说根据某调查，商店的顾客和某咖啡店的顾客是同一类人，还决定加盟该咖啡店，开个Coffee Cafe.

　　film color processing industry和food processing industry都可以通过long experience来minimize the cost and maximize the profit

　　原题：No.1 The following appeared as part of an annual report sent to stockholders by Olympic Foods, a processor of frozen foods.

　　“Over time, the costs of processing go down because as organizations learn how to do things better, they become more ficient. In color film processing, for example, the cost of a 3-by-5-inch print fell from 50 cents for five-day service in 1970 to 20 cents for one-day service in 1984. The same principle applies to the processing of food. And since Olympic Foods will soon celebrate its twenty-fifth birthday, we can expect that our long experience will enable us to minimize costs and thus maximize profits.”

　　思路：

　　l false analogy: The food industry is not analogous to the color film industry.

　　l causal oversimplification: Other factors that may contribute t to the cost decline of the printing cost should be considered and ruled out.

　　l gratuitous assumption: The conclusion of the argument is based on a gratuitous assumption that the company can minimize cost and maximize profit because the company has been conducted for 25 years.

　　ü 错误类比：color film processing和processing of food不相同。problems of spoilage, contamination, and timely transportation都只影响food 不影响film.

　　ü 同时，忽略他因。是否是因为组织更有效率才使COST下降的?很可能是material necessary for the process下降了价钱。所以，两者更不同。

　　ü gratuitous assumption：二十五年不代表学到了很多。很可能什么都没学到，或者技术已经out of date. 相关链接：
