　　说是一个IT行业的公司，好像是什么software，近三年情况都不好，然后结合auto industry公司的成功经验，觉得应该把25%的full-time, permanent员工换成temporary员工，因为他们工资便宜，这样就能减少cost，然后还能达到什么balance。

　　V3：某人呼吁某software company 用auto industry 的strategy，因为auto industry把permanent员工换成了temporary 员工，所以profit增加了。Software company也可以这样，因为temporary员工工资低。预计如果software company采用这种方法，短期利润会增高，长期会取得stability
