　　23. Improving Transportation to sustain economy

　　某个市增多在交通系统上的投入，认为这能刺激经济增长，降低失业率无论从短期看还是从长期看，但是有人说增大教育的支出更ficient，因为短期内多建学校就能多聘用老师，长期内好的教育能让学生找到更高薪的工作，问assumption

　　P: Improving transportation will lead to a better economy as well as reducing unemployment.

　　C: Others argue that investing in education will lead to better economy and job market, thereby reducing unemployment.

　　这个问题像是在argue, 不晓得assumption如何用来反驳。 待补充，考古。

　　24. Grades have positive correlation with communication skills

　　研究发现不善交往的学生一般学习成绩不如善于与人交往的学生，所以提升这些学生成绩的方法就是教他们如何跟他人交往，问assumption

　　P: Students who are good communicators and are more sociable tends to perform better academically.

　　C: Therore, to improve student’s academic, we must teach them to socialize

　　A: It is not good academics that lead students to become better communicators.

　　25. Stocks vs. Bonds

　　股票对于债卷来说回报更高，股票投资人可承受的风险也就越高(风险溢价理论)，但是发现股票与债卷的回报差额与风险差额不一致，原因是financial planner的客户倾向于低风险的投资，所以市场上对债卷的需求增加，导致债卷价格上涨，问assumption。

　　P: Rate of return on stocks is higher than that of bonds because stocks are more risky. However, research has found that the potential returns of stocks/bond do not balance with their respective risks.

　　C: This is because financial planners tend to prer lower risks, leading to a higher demand for bonds. Therore we see the impact on the returns.

　　A: There are no other parties of financial players who prer high risks portfolios that has a higher return.

　　26. Deer in car accidents

　　说有个森林旁边有条公路，鹿经常被撞，但是最近发现鹿还是愿意在公路边生小鹿，问为什么?

　　狗主答案：可能其他对鹿有威胁的动物被汽车声音吓到。

　　P: We often see deer getting hit by vehicles on highways near the forest

　　C: This is because deer prer to give offspring near the highway

　　E: There must be some other factors that impose a bigger threat than vehicles

　　27. Real Estate Value Soaring in last Decade

　　说有人认为某个国家房价和地价继续上涨，因为人口不断涌入城市，然后地也有限，但是这个国家过去10年地价没涨。问那一个可以解释过去10年没涨的现象?

　　狗主答案： 很多原来没法利用的地因为公路和铁路修通，现在都可以用了。

　　P: People in country X have believed that real estate value must have elevated since there has been a steady increase in population in country X over the last decade and no increase in land availability.

　　C: Real Estate did not increase in value.

　　E：Must explain why population increase did not lead to a higher real estate value. Disagree with 狗主。
