　　原始：

　　V1. 是说公司调查问卷发现公司最大的问题是内部沟通问题。所以高层就组织了自愿为基础的座谈会，所以就认为沟通的问题已经得到解决了

　　V2. 碰到的是Company X做了一个调查，他们列了一张表调查员工对公司的一些要求和建议，调查的结果是员工想要更多与管理层交流。公司的意思是我们已经建立了一个员工可以自愿参加高层管理人员会议的机制，所以员工需要的improvment我们已经达成了。这个题貌似JJ里没有，但是我有印象是见过的，所以应该是题库里的或者可以考到古。

　　原题(63)：

　　The following appeared in a memorandum from the director of human resources to the executive officers of Company X:

　　“Last year, we surveyed our employees on improvements needed at Company X by having them rank, in order of importance, the issues presented in a list of possible improvements. Improved communications between employees and management was consistently ranked as the issue of highest importance by the employees who responded to the survey. As you know, we have since instituted regular communications sessions conducted by high-level management, which the employees can attend on a voluntary basis. Therore, it is likely that most employees at Company X now feel that the improvement most needed at the company has been made.”

　　人力资源经理给X公司的经营主管的备忘录：

　　去年，我们向员工调查他们认为X公司应该进行的改进，让他们把改进按重要性排列。结果列印为一张可能的改进的表格。根据调查中员工的反应，“加强员工和管理层的沟通”最具重要性，稳居调查表之首。如你所知，那以后我们建立了由高层管理人员组织，雇员可以自愿参加的常规交流会。因此，看来X的多数员工认为最应该进行的改进已经完成了。

　　思路：

　　1.The result of a last year&aposs survey does not necessarily represent the improvement most needed of this year.

　　2.How was the survey held has not been illustrated by the author, thus making the conclusion groundless.

　　3.Whether the implement of the mentioned resolution is right or wrong is still unkonwn, it is still too early to say the improvement has been made.

　　1，调查的可信性：是否anonymous，如果要named，很可能并不是他们最想要的改进。

　　2，改进方法是否充分?是否交流会有很好交流，并且采纳accept意见

　　V1. 说一个center 自从建了一个新的swimming pool以后， 整体的member 会员变多了。所以它们决定建立更多的公共设施，比如高尔夫什么的，来吸引更多的member 和提高revenue。

　　原题(104)：

　　The following appeared as part of a business plan created by the management of the Take Heart Fitness Center.

　　“After opening the new swimming pool early last summer, Take Heart saw a 12 percent increase in the use of the center by members. Therore, in order to increase the number of our members and thus our revenues, which depend on membership fees, we should continue to add new recreational facilities in subsequent years: for example, a multipurpose game room, a tennis court, and a miniature golf course. Being the only center in the area offering this range of activities would give us a competitive advantage in the health and recreation market.”

　　Take Heart健身中心的管理者起草的商业计划：

　　去年夏天开了新的游泳池以后，TH发现会员对中心的使用率增加了12%。因此，为了增加我们的会员数量来增加收入，我们应该在以后几年中继续增加新的娱乐设施：比如，一个多功能游戏室，一个网球场，一个迷你高尔夫球场。作为本地唯一一家提供各种活动的健身中心，我们将在健身和娱乐市场建立竞争优势。

　　思路：

　　1. Gratuitous assumption：错误假设增加娱乐设施就可以增加会员数量

　　2. False casual relationship：中心的使用率增加，不能就说是因为新的游泳池的原因。

　　3. All things are equal:认为去年增加以后也会增加

　　1.首先，认为会员使用游泳池的数量增加就能增加会员人数是没有根据的。错误的建立了这两者的关系。也许去年夏天特别的热，所以大家天天都来游泳，或者新游泳池设施齐全服务好，所以会员们都放弃了去别的地方游泳的选择。但是不能就直接说明这和会员人数会增加有什么因果关系。

　　2.全时对等。认为去年发生的事情同样也会发生在将来，没有根据。不能证明说他们会有同样的结果。

　　3.认为增加游乐场所就能增加会员和利润没有根据。顾客除了要求更多新颖的游乐设施，对服务的要求和会员fee也很重要，其他游乐场所降低会员费，提供coupon，bonus，price advantage之类的同样也有竞争力;此外还忽略了增加这么多的游乐设施要投入的成本很大，也许最后收入还不及投入的成本多，反而使利润下降。
