　　1. AA：某市有一家投资公司做了个商业企划，因为看见前两年Capitol Hill District的一家Theatre, 一家Restaurant, 和一家Golf Club都生意不错，想复制经验投资Irongate District，同样也搞一家Theatre, 一家Restaurant, 和一家Golf Club，希望继续赚钱。而且还缺心眼的研究出一种Customer Loyalty Program, 如果Customer光顾其中两家，再去第三家的时候就给打折

　　(有点像国内盖10个戳换一杯奶茶的意思.....)，说是这样可以Motivate customer to patronize their businesses，另外关键的傻逼点了，这样的项目可以maximize their profit. (我就写这种price sensitive的customer最大的喜欢就是shop around and compare prices，尽买一些deeply discounted product，哪会让你赚high profit margin呀，灵感来自上月RC某篇)

　　11. argument是关于一个投资公司的投资方案，说某地的三个类型的店在这两年发展的不错，然后说这个方案是投资相同类型的三类类型的店(意思就是说当初麦当劳发展的不错，那我就也开一家KFC)，然后还说了一个促销计划，就是说开三家店，然后在任意两家消费，都可以拿到另一家店的打折券，这样来促进消费。

　　具体解析的话，1.一个是三个同类型的店不能进行类比 2.过去几年的情况不能照搬到后面几年 3.打折券的计划不一定会有效，可能顾客只去其中一家。

　　12. argu是一个小区有三个new businesses，说最past two years有profits。然后，另一个小区的三个new businesses也应该是有机会的。然后鼓励大家去patronize，然后说如果赞助了两个神马的会有优惠政策神马的。结论就是新的小区也会得利的

　　The following appeared as part of the business plan of the Capital Idea investment firm: “Across town in the Park Hill district, the Thespian Theater, Pizzazz Pizza, and the Niblick Golf Club have all had business increases over the past two years. Capital Idea should therore invest in the Roxy Playhouse, the Slice-o’-Pizza, and the Divot Golf Club, three new businesses in the Irongate district. As a condition, we should require them to participate in a special program: Any customer who patronizes two of the businesses will receive a substantial discount at the third. By motivating customers to patronize all three, we will thus contribute to the profitability of each and maximize our return.”

　　2. AA： Hot cafeCEO 在官网上做了feedback 页面。并把feedback weside 写在了每张receipt上。 虽然只有1500 complain 和500 建议 但是超过300000的销量 使他们觉得大部分的顾客是满意的 用FEEDBACK的方法很好，不用改进
