　　The following appeared in a letter from a part-owner of a small retail clothing chain to her business partner:

　　“Commercial real estate prices have been rising steadily in the Sandida Heights neighborhood for several years, while the prices in the adjacent neighborhood of Palm Grove have remained the same. It seems obvious, then, that a retail space in Sandida Heights must now be much more expensive than a similar space in Palm Grove, which was not the case several years ago. So, it appears that retail spaces in Sandida Heights are now overpriced relative to those in Palm Grove. Therore, it would be in our financial interest to purchase a retail space in Palm Grove rather than in Sandida Heights.”

　　SE市的商业地产价格最近几年持续增长，P市的商业地产价格保持稳定。SE市的地价比P市的贵。SE市的retail space现在一定也是比PG的贵了，以前不是这样的。SE的retail price定价过高。所以现在从Financial interest的角度考虑，我们应该购买P市的地。

　　FLAW:

　　l Gratuitous assumptions:SE的地价增长，P市的稳定就假设SE的地价高于P，说不定P本来就比SE的高很多呢～SE地价现在很贵，所以是overpriced，也有可能是P的定价政府压制而过低了呢～

　　l All things are equal :作者认为remain unchanged,所以SE以后的价格也会更高，所以买P的地

　　l False Analogy：商业地产价格与retail space比较

　　l 这里波妞姐姐说了Either or choice ,我觉得是没有的，作者的意思好像就是在SE和PG买地中选择。大家讨论哈～

　　51. AA： self-employed比起office的工作较为financially unwise,理由有三，1.distractions from noise,neighbor and blabla. 2.no schedule to follow leading to laziness. 3.isolation from society leads to few opportunities in advancement

　　原题/思路：

　　Generally speaking, it is financially unwise for people quit stable office job and start working from home. It is there are a lot of distractions when people working from home. People working from home tend to procrastinate because there is no discipline. Also, working from home make people isolated. Therore, it is financially more advantageous for people working in the office.It is unwise to quit a stable office job in order to be self-employed and work at home. 给出的理由是，在家办公容易受neighbor影响，没效率，经常avoid working等等。然后又说在家办公isolated with the work place, 对career advancement不好。所以不应该quit stable office job and become self-employed. abstraction ： 出神，心不在焉

　　说在办公室工作比在家工作好。有三个论点

　　1 在家工作的人会面对更多的abstraction，比如 邻居 电话 家务等等。 2 在家工作的人更没有时间计划，更倾向与avoid work 3 与社会和人群隔离，会对人的career advance有限制。整个argument都没有举例和调查。

　　1 false casual relationship: no correlation

　　2 gratuitous assumption no evidence

　　3 Either or choice
