　　说的是一个叫做G 什么的公司 客户主要是有钱人 然后sales一直很高 但是利润却下降了 为了让节省成本 就要每个店铺都裁10个人 同时限制高价产品展览和免费礼物派送。。。然后还说 有个调查 G这个店的客户类型和一个咖啡馆很像 所以打算和这个咖啡馆合作 在每一个店铺都僻一个区域卖咖啡 认为这样可以吸引更多的人 (by: qiyuanlee)

　　V1 argument说一个Greetree Grocery要cut cost to increase sales.因此分别减少10个store的的一个员工。还取消试吃。 还要和一个咖啡合开个地方，吸引这个咖啡的顾客。

　　V2 说一个Grocers要提高Sales和Profit，认为它的客户都是高品味的，同时提出两个措施to cut costs，另外和一个coffee shop联合，就能提高销售和利润了

　　V3 有一个grocer store，顾客都是富人，在不减少顾客购物体验的条件下，store plans to reduce costs by laying off 10 employees at each stores and eliminating expensive products display and free samples。又提到要和一个coffee cafe合作，因为coffee cafe的顾客群和grocer store的是同一类人，因此合作很有可能会增加去store的顾客，从而增加sales。因此这个plan最终会增加sales和profits.

　　1. 充分必要条件: laying off 10 employees at each stores and eliminating expensive products display and free samples 是提高profit的唯一条件, 这个明显影响客户体用感

　　2. Gratuitous Assumption: 与咖啡店合作 一定能提高profit。 Cost 也很大啊 能覆盖profit吗?而且你还裁员了 人手不够.

　　3. 看待问题太片面：作者忽略裁员和减少试用的负面影响如服务质量下降，顾客满足感下降 这种效果在奢侈品店尤为明显。因此可能减少销售量。
