The best way to improve Hopewell&aposs economy, and generate additional tax revenues, is to build a golf course and resort hotel similar to those in Ocean View."

　　特别提醒大家的一点就是：据考场人员介绍，网络疯传的Issue和Argue中间有一分钟间隔的说法，纯属谣言!

　　但是，考完ISSUE后还有点选择过程才会开始ARGUE，也就是说，你可以先不点开始Argue——主要是针对Argue模板之类的还没记熟的，或是考完ISSUE还有余惊的——花几分钟把心情理一理——别再挂念ISSUE，并且在脑中再好好回顾一下A的模板——因为原先记好的也可能一紧张忘了，一切准备好后再开始ARGUE——因为总共的话，还有些乱七八糟的步骤，他说总时间是两个小时，不能超，但正常总时间足够——本人出考场时是用了一个半小时——所以不用急——个人虽然本身就没太记熟，但主要就是因为太急了，搞的ARGUE现写现想，悲剧的没写完——如果当时先过一过模板，本次考试可以不这么悲剧的……

　　Scientists studying historical weather patterns have discovered that in the mid-sixth century, Earth suddenly became significantly cooler. Either a huge volcanic eruption or a large meteorite colliding with Earth could have created a large dust cloud throughout Earth&aposs atmosphere that would have been capable of blocking enough sunlight to lower global temperatures significantly. A large meteorite collision, however, would probably create a sudden bright flash of light, and no extant historical records of the time mention such a flash. Some surviving Asian historical records of the time, however, mention a loud boom that would be consistent with a volcanic eruption. Therore, the cooling was probably caused by a volcanic eruption.
