　　以下是一位考生参加完2012年9月21日的新GRE考试之后总结的新GRE机经回忆，机经是有可能重复考到的，所以其作用十分重要，希望各位考生看完后能够受到一些启发并合理利用机经，认真备考，获得理想的成绩。

　　我在杭州教育大厦考的。

　　issue是Claim: The best test of an argument is its ability to convince someone with an

　　opposing viewpoint.

　　Reason: Only by being forced to dend an idea against the doubts and contrasting

　　views of others does one really discover the value of that idea.

　　argument是Humans arrived in the Kaliko Islands about 7,000 years ago, and within 3,000 years most of the large mammal species that had lived in the forests of the Kaliko Islands had become extinct. Yet humans cannot have been a factor in the species&apos extinctions, because there is no evidence that the humans had any significant contact with the mammals. Further, archaeologists have discovered numerous sites where the bones of fish had been discarded, but they found no such areas containing the bones of large mammals, so the humans cannot have hunted the mammals. Therore, some climate change or other environmental factor must have caused the species&apos extinctions.

　　加试是Q，感觉数学不太难，但是有一道几何题做错了，是比较两个三角形的面积大小，要注意两个三角形的高是一样的。

　　vebal第一个section出了一个长阅读，我答的很晕，第二个感觉是medium，比第一个好一点，但是仍然没答完，剩下的蒙了一下，应该蒙对很多，人品爆发了。

　　最后出分是155+170，很出乎我的意料，因为感觉不到这个分。两次PP2模考，一次153，一次149。如果最后也是这个成绩就好了。

　　分数对我自己已经很满足了，自己前几天还跪求153。我作文准备的时间较长，但是issue也只列了频数不是0的题目的提纲。argument提纲都列了。我阅读练得时间不长，36套做了一遍多一点，填空陈圣元没做完，绿皮除了补充题做了一遍。模考提倒是做了不少，Kaplan做完了，但是做的很烂，大部分都对不到一半，导致我一直担心自己上不了150，那上面题有点小变态。

　　自己复习的还不够，但是这个分数应该够了，不会再考了。
