ETS回复10G差旅费赔偿(附邮件正文).

  终于等到ETS的10G差旅费赔偿的邮件确认!

全额赔偿差旅费和2日住宿费!(另外我还附上了发传真的发票应该也可以陪)7至10日内可以上NEEA网站确认!

  Dear XXX,

  Thank you for contacting the ETS GRE Services with regard to travel expense reimbursement GRE General Test administered in China on October 23, 2010. We have received the copies of the receipts you submitted for reimbursement. ETS is committed to compensating reasonable travel expenses from test takers affected by the October 23, 2010 GRE Test score cancellation. We have carully reviewed and evaluated each of the items you submitted for reimbursement based on the ETS reimbursement policies and guidelines for this special situation. We understand that test takers may have traveled to take the GRE test. ETS will reimburse up to two hotel nights of stay for this event. Your reimbursement will be adjusted accordingly. Your approved reimbursement rlects those expenses which were incurred related to this event and will be available in seven to ten days.

  To receive your reimbursement, logon to the NEEA website at www.aoji.cn or www.aoji.cn You will be asked to confirm your account information and to indicate your prerred method of receiving the reimbursement. Once you have done so, NEEA will disperse funds to you based on the information you have provided.

  发邮件没用,他们太忙了,回的很慢。要直接打电话过去。他会给你一个case id,给你一个fax no.,要你把发票、收据什么的传真过去。

  我当时是把所有的住宿费、打的费,还有传真费的发票或者收据粘在A4纸上,在纸上写了我的姓名、register no. & case id,附了一个简单的英文说明,说明每个发票是干吗用的,多少钱,总共要求他们退多少钱。

  三个工作日后再打过去,问他们处理的如何。然后那边告诉我,所有的费用都可以退。会寄一张cheque过来,大概12个星期能够收到。另外退款退的是local currency,也就是人民币,而不是美元。

  是的,所有的住宿费、打的费的发票或者收据都可以退,而且我的费用是在22号产生的,不是他网上要求的23号。所以我觉得只要你理由合适,应该都能退吧。另外,一定要附上传真所花费用的发票或者收据。传真费他们也给退。还有我觉得可能通讯费他们也会退,可以试一下。

  不知道23号之后还行不行。但是我觉得值得去尝试的。打那个400免费电话,通讯公司只会按照市话费用收钱,国际长途费用由ETS支付。

  不过到现在我也没收到ETS关于退款的E-mail。但是我跟ETS的接触中,觉得他们还是比较负责任讲信用的。
