Learning to compete can cultivate one&aposs attitude of optimism.(topic sentence) It is well known that competition in society is intense. No company or person can escape failures. Since experiencing many failures in competition with their peers in school, these people have built up enough courage to face up to all difficulties they may encounter in the workplace or in their personal lives. Undoubtedly, a course of competition can help children overcome their fears of getting access to society thus getting well prepared for social life in the future.

This is a fatal weakness particularly for great projects which can never be completed by an individual person.

Conclusion ( 30 words)

In conclusion, I believe that both competition and co-operation are indispensable for leading a normal social life. Therore, both essential skills should be put forward to educate children in school.
