[b]documents list and the sequence in the folder: [b](1) LP's passport, DS-156,DS-157, visa app fee reciept (RMB405); [b](2) LP's original marriage certificate; [b](3) My letter to VO, including the document list (high-lighted) [b](4) Notarized marriage certificate; [b](5) My employer's prove letter; [b](6) Copy of my passport,previous visa stamps and I-94 cards; [b](7) Original I-797 [b] Certified copy of I-129 and other docs provided by lawyer when app H- [b]1B; [b](9) Bank statement, and 3 month's monthly statement; [b](10) 3 month's pay stubs; [b](11) I-134 affidavite of support, public notarized; (by my bank's [b]public notary) [b](12) copy of my Social security card, driver license; [b](13) W-2 form (original) and 1040 + state tax forms (copy) [b](14) phone card order history, phone bills, calling history; [b](15) emails print out; (about 100) [b](16) photos, life and wedding, about 150; [b](17) LP's badge, business card, work prove letter; [b](18) LP's ShenFenZheng, HuKoBen, Birth certificate; [b][b]Actually, VO only saw the I-797, Marriage certificate, and LP's [b]ShenFenZheng, LP "complain" me about over preparing, while I think it [b]was because we prepared so many documents, then the VO felt overwhelmed, [b]then he didn't check any further.(Of course, we have nothing to hide.) [b][b]And I also agree: we are lucky, thank god! [b][b](some background: I met my LP in July 2000 in China, I got my H-1B visa [b]at the end of 2000, I apply visa revalidate from US state department [b]last Dec, and got the visa this Feb, then I came back home for 3 weeks [b]and got married with my LP and then back to work in US.
