UCLA, UT Austin, USC MBA 面试经验.

　　UCLA Anderson MBA R2

　　面试是由学校指定的校友面的。那个校友特别严肃，因为是第一所学校，准备很不充分，个人觉得面得很一般。

　　问题：

　　introduce myself, discuss my career path, why MBA, future plan

　　how do I like my job, what responsibility

　　desired work after MBA, which companies do I know are in this area, how do they work, why do you like the work, what disadvantage do you have in applying a job there, why do you think you can do well there...

　　why quit the current company?

　　leadership story

　　strengths

　　how will I spend the two years in UCLA?

　　how do I like the school?

　　why the school should admit me?

　　hobbies

　　anything I want to say / ask?

　　用了45分钟，整个过程他一直在记录。

　　之后回复我的感谢信，但是他告诉我说他只是做了该做的，他不理解我为什么要感谢他。。。我写的信可能太失败了。。。

　　UT-Austin McCombs MBA R2

　　2月上旬接到面试邀请，然后上网看了校友名单。我选择了和一位我有共同行业背景的。

　　然后因为春节的关系，等了一个礼拜没有回信，然后我就每天换一个人发信。最后最早联系的那个校友终于回信了，但是因为地点的原因，他觉得和我不在一个城市不太方便，于是推荐了和我在同一个公司工作的一位校友。

　　然后联系了这位校友之后，他很热情，先把自己登记到面试的人的名单里面，然后通知我再去点他。。最后两个礼拜之后终于约好了时间。用公司的系统聊了一下天，发现他还是我的校友。

　　因为这位校友是第一次做面试官，整个过程非常轻松。我因为面试过另一家学校，所以反而更有经验的样子。。。

　　主要聊的话题如下：

　　discuss my career path

　　why MBA, future plan

　　how do I think of our company? how do I like the work here?

　　what&aposs my plan in McCombs

　　how do I relieve stress? (my answer disappointed him ^^)

　　"you are a good guy, I know. But what if I DING you?" (I told him: if he dings me, he gets nothing except a Chinese colleague who works here for another a couple of years. However, If he helps me, he can earn a friend who attended the same two universities and who can treat him someday in US or China VERY WELL. )

　　small talks.. about the whether in Texas, his life in McCombs, his personal life, my personal life, etc.

　　总共用了45分钟，最后他说很满意，打满分。。但是他一点内容没有记录，让我觉得有点不安。。

　　问题：基本上还是上面那些。。。

　　外加：

　　have you experienced any failure at work?

　　总共35分钟，看不出面试官态度。
