　　美国MBA面经是留学申请人比过的一关，因为其有一定的主观性，所以，很多同学需要提前积累一些MBA面经，了解美国大学的面试特点及常问问题，增加成功的筹码。下面，澳际留学就与大家分享一位申请人2012年11月2日的Stanford面经，希望对大家有所帮助。

　　2012年11月2日，我面了stanford，经过如下，希望大家好运：面试官自我介绍了一下，以前也在我们公司工作过，简单聊了几句我们公司那个时候的情况。然后开始面试，面试官简单介绍了一下，说cover几个方面，然后最后我能问问题。他面前有一张纸，应该是按上面问的，之前看过我的简历，面试的时候没看，然后一开始准备了一本子，准备记录，但是后来什么都没写，不知道是不是我说的实在不好。。。

　　面试和我准备的不特别一样，上来没有问why mba，why stanford之类的，也没有那个which book are you reading, 不知道这个是不是因为他进来的时候我在看kindle (去的比较早，在会议室等了一会)。完全都是behaviour based的问题

　　Tell me a time:

　　1. you overstepped an authority. Followed up with how EXACTLY you did it, how EXACTLY did you persuade your boss to change his mind.

　　2. you changed the team’s strategy. Followed up with how exactly you did it, what were people&aposs concerns and if you are your company’s CEO, what do you learn from this

　　3. you lead a team, followed up by where did you find the people, what did you do to take them on board, what did you learn, what was the most difficult part, how would they see you, what is your leadership style?

　　4. you deal with difficult team, followed up with what about a difficult person. What did you do exactly etc

　　和网上说的一样，stanford的校友人都非常好，不过我的面试没有感觉和网上说的那么conversational，最后我问了3个问题，面试一共一个小时。

　　以上就是Stanford面经，大家在进行美国MBA面试的时候，要注意，不但需要提前准备好问题，还需要掌握一定的礼仪，合理着装，才能增加招生官的好感度。
