　　this technology is completely new for me, when I heard about this program , I searched some reviews in this field, and I found it has good clinical appalication in the future.

　　I think both of them are meaningful, they have the different features, the first research is linked with the clinical work, from that I learned how to design and carry out a clinical trail , and the second research is connect with the fundamental medicine which help me master some techniques in molecular biology such as DNA extration and PCR.

　　I choose to pursue my PhD in US mainly for two reasons:

　　Firstly, America is the world&aposs most developed country and I can expand my horizons (broad my eye) and learn the most advanced technologies.

　　Second, the most important reason is that education in UK is wonderful. I want to get better training and practicing under an excellent education system. However, in China because of lack of educational resources, most students just learn for the test, not for the knowledge and learning method itself, which I think is much more important for my future scientific career.

　　except for taking time to adapt the lanague and culture, thereis not any undue difficulty for me.除了需要花时间适应文化和语言外，没有什么undue difficulty，我上大学就离开家独立生活了，所以独立生活很习惯，没有太大问题。

　　22. Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently in the last 3 years?

　　no. I never regret, every coin has two sides, every choice has gains and losts, so if time back, I would make the same choice.

　　23. How do you handle supervision? Do you like minimal direction or do you feel secure with greater supervision?

　　I am a person good at self-management，and I have confidence to do good job even if there is little direction. but in some curccomstansts I still hope I could get some adverises from my supervisor.我是一个自我管理的人，即使有很少的指导我相信我也能做的很好，但很多问题还是希望能和导师沟通。Have positive work attitude and be willing and able to work diligently without supervision.

　　Frustration 对我来说是一种催我更加奋发的动力。

　　Frustration is the driving force for me，which spurs me on to greater forts。

　　How do you feel about persons with backgrounds and interests different from your own? Can you be tolerant of their differences?

　　well, the rapid progress in many fields just depend on the varioty of interests among people. 正是因为有不同兴趣取向的人这个社会才会多发面飞速发展的，I would like to communite academic afires with persons in the field but I also fond of chating with those who have different interests with me.我喜欢和兴趣相投的人探讨自己的科研问题，也喜欢和兴趣不同的人聊其他的话题，这总是可以帮助我both of them can broaden my horizon and enrich my knowledge in other field.扩展视野和知识面，帮助我全面发展。我不觉得和兴趣不同的人相处是麻烦的事。I don not think it is a trouble to go on with people with different inerests.

　　well, you know different people will have different view, it is very common, I will try to explain my point of view and insist on it, but I will respect his choise and try to accept the good advices from others.

　　professor Wang help me a lot ,he gave me some guidance in my experiment ,and provided me all the funds. I can solve most of the problems indentpendly, but every time I exchange academic views with him, his profound insight impressed me deeply.

　　YES, of course, 我的试验都是与他人合作完成的， 没有别人的协助我也不能成功的完成我的研究。我能很好的处理团对关系，团队对我评价也都比较高，与他人合作，突出你的团队合作精神

　　30. What do you think are the personal characteristics that are necessary for success in this PhD project?

　　besides the passion for research, I think an hear for innovation , an independent mind and the team working spirit are all important.

　　31. When you took your present master course, what were your goals? How did you intend achieving these goals. Did you actually achieve them?

　　my goal was to finish my postgraduate course perfectly, master the clinical skills and research assoiated knowledge , and become an outstanding physicine and researcher.

　　I think I have achieved my short-period goal in the past 2 years. I 可以说很好的完成了硕士目标，I accomplished my research program and got the opportunity to make presentations in two professional conferences.
