英国投资移民，新政调整细则

　　请注意!英国政府于2015年10月29日对　Tier1 Investor 200 万英镑投资移民的续签技术做了一些技术性的调整，并于2015年11月19日正式生效实施，新旧英国投资移民都将被新调整的政策影响。

　　1.政策微调之一 联名购房

　　2014年11月6日之前进入此项目的申请人注意，如果申请人用联名购买的房产来满足投资要求，则此房产必须归属于申请人或者是申请人及其配偶的联名房产(包括丈夫，妻子，民事伴侣，未婚或同性伴侣)。申请人与其朋友或其他并无关联的个人联名购买的房产，现将无法满足申请者的个人的资产要求。

When using property, only the unmortgaged portion of theapplicant's own home can be considered. 　　2. 政策调整二：辛迪加公司股权投资

　　针对计分积点制(Point-Based System)的Tier1的投资移民申请者们，应要注意英国政府规定，投资者所购买的辛迪加公司(Investment Syndicate Companies)股权或借贷资本的投资，是不被承认和计分的。

　　英国留学网调查：辛迪加投资，也称联合投资，是由多个风险投资者共同对一个项目进行投资的联合投资模式;金融服务集团(非公司)汇集多个独立实体机构的资金，并一起共同承担风险.
