　　在美国研究生申请中很多人都会经历研究生面试这一关，对于大部分人来说，申请美国研究生的时候都会选择自己喜欢的学校，这对目前申请美国大学商学院人员的增多，下面就给大家介绍下Michigan Ross MBA 面经，供大家参考。

　　我第三轮申请的，当时正好在美国，就去校园面试了。面试我的是一个2年级的美国MM，八卦一下，她拿到了Boston Consulting的offer，在芝加哥。总体感觉还不错，因为吸取了Cornell面试失败的教训，拿出了很多时间准备面试。

　　之前在网上跟一个Student Ambassador联系了一下，问了一些问题，之所以选这个人，是因为他跟我的背景，Career Goal都很像。作用可能没有多大，但是主要想让自己心理上紧张起来，重视这个事情，我这个人一向对什么都不放在心上，哈哈。自己根据CD上一些牛人面试的经验，也总结了一些问题，大概20个。然后把自己的答案写了下来。修改，阅读了N次。没有特意背诵，要不然面试的时候可能就太假了。

　　准备的还是比较充分的，面试的MM也超级Nice。

　　· Small talks: where are you from, how is the weather….

　　· Go through your resume, and tell me why you choose each job?

　　· What is your proud achievement and why? I pondered for a second, she then said, don’t need to be the proudest, haha.

　　· Why MBA.

　　· Give me a team work example. She told me teamwork is critical to Ross MBA.

　　· Why Ross, How are you going to involve in Ross community (Clubs).

　　· What do you do at your free time, 3 examples? One of my hobbies is photography and video editing, and I just happened to have oneof my work in my phone, and I showed to her. She said you are a pro… haha.

　　· Question for her, I asked about her MAP experience; In her opinion, what is Ross’s strength and weakness.

　　面试35分钟多一点，稍微超时了，因为最后说自己的Hobby的时候说的有点多了，她中间也插了几个小问题。
