NSW is pleased to announce that applications for the2014/15 Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) program will soon reopen. Details on eligibility requirements and the application process will bepublished in mid-July 2014.

NSW will introduce a number of new initiatives in 2014/15 which are designed toalign the NSW Skilled Nominated visa program with the skills requirements ofthe NSW economy. Key points about the program in 2014/15 are:

2014-2015年度申请要点归纳如下：

Applications for 2014-15 will be lodged electronicallythrough a new online system

Applications will be open for four intakes per year witha maximum of 1000 applications per intake

Application intakes will remain open for 4-6 weeks

The NSW Skilled Occupation List will be expanded and willinclude all occupations on the 2013/14 NSW Skilled Occupation List as well asthose occupations added to the SOLby AWPA in 2014.

2014-2015年度的所有申请，将以在线申请方式通过新的电子在线系统提交，不再接受纸签

NSW runs the Skilled Nominated program in order toattract highly skilled people in a range of occupations to contribute to NSWfuture skills needs. As the program is rolled out over 2014/15, NSW willclosely monitor the program and will adjust eligibility criteria, includingoccupational eligibility, as required.
