2017年纽约州立大学布法罗分校生物化学系招聘访问学者

The Department of Biochemistry at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences invites applications for faculty positions. Special consideration will be given to applicants at the tenure-track Assistant Professor level, but more senior positions will also be considered. Successful applicants will have developed a strong record of research.

Outstanding scientists working in any area of biochemistry are encouraged to apply. Current research in the department spans a broad range of topics, including the molecular basis of disease, metabolism, developmental biology, neuroscience, genomics and bioinformatics, DNA replication and integrity, regulation of gene expression, biology of metals, and protein structure and function. The faculty train and teach graduate, undergraduate and professional students within the Medical, Dental, and Pharmacy Schools.

Applicants must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree. Individuals who are hired will be expected to maintain extramurally-funded and productive research program, participate in the teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels, and contribute to the various administrative responsibilities of the department.
