2017加拿大新政：父母团聚名额抽签决定！

出国留学，去往，近来加拿大频频利好的政策让留学生对移民加拿大的热情高涨，别急，加拿大新政策：2017年父母团聚不再靠抢!! 1万名额抽签决定拉!!

局发布的消息：2017年父母团聚移民不再以递交先后审理，改为随机抽签。申请人需要先填写一张在线表格表达团聚意愿，移民局会随机抽取并邀请申请人提交完整材料。

一、加拿大移民新政之往年的申请模式：

在最近几年，为了最大化地保证父母及祖父母计划Parent and Grandparent Program的利益、控制获签人数增长过快，移民部有意识地限制了父母及祖父母签证申请的数量至5000份到10000份申请。移民部在每年新年元旦后第一个工作日开始接受申请材料，先到先得，名额满了就不再收件。

很多加拿大公民和已经获得移民身份的中国公民等想为自己父母或祖父母担保的人都只有在一月份的时候扎堆抢名额，在12月底投递自己父母或祖父母的申请，以便能在一月初抢到名额。

二、加拿大移民新政之变化要点

在线表格从东部时间2017年1月3号中午开放，2017年2月2号中午关闭;

开放时间内，申请人可以在IRCC网站填写在线表格，表达团聚父母或者祖父母的意愿;

要求的信息包含申请人的姓名，生日，出生国，家庭住址，邮编和邮箱;

一旦成功递交在线表格，申请人会收到确认码，请记录下来;

仅需填写这一张表格，重复填写无效;

30天后，移民局会清除重复表格，随机抽取1万份表格，邀请他们递交完整的申请;

每个申请人都会被告知2017年是否被邀请;

被邀请的申请人将有90天时间来递交完整的材料;

完整的申请表格和材料清单将于2017年1月9号公布;

2017年没有被邀请上的申请人，2018年可以再次提出申请;

Changes to 2017 Parent and Grandparent Program application intake process

December 14, 2016 Ottawa, ON Family reunification is a key immigration commitment of the Government of Canada. The Parent and Grandparent Program brings together thousands of families each year. For 2017, the Honourable John McCallum, Minister of Immigration, Rugees and Citizenship, today announced changes to how sponsorship applications will be submitted under the program.

In recent years, Immigration, Rugees and Citizenship Canada limited the number of parent and grandparent applications it would accept, in order to manage intake and interest in the program, and keep the number of applications from growing. Rather than the January rush to submit applications by courier or mail, those wanting to bring their parents or grandparents to Canada will now have 30 days to fill out an online form to indicate their interest. IRCC will then randomly choose 10,000 individuals from those who filled out the form, and those people will be invited to send in their complete application package.

The online form will be available starting January 3, 2017. Sponsors will have 30 days to submit the form.
