大家有看过北京卫视频道的养生堂节目吗?这是一个老少都爱看的关于健康知识的节目,里面常常会请到北京协和医院临床营养科教授,主任医师营养科副主任,北京协和医学院临床营养学教授于康老师在节目上介绍各种对于饮食的认识,营养的搭配以及通过饮食来提高自身的身体健康指标等等。同时他也提到了随着现在的社会发展,高强度的工作压力和社会环境,越来越多的人开始重视自身的身体状况,但是国人对于营养的认知是不够的,早在西方国家很早就开始注重饮食营养的搭配,我国是最近几年才开始慢慢的让大家开始熟悉营养方面的知识,但是还需要更多的普及和大家的关注,也需要更多人来推广营养对于我们生活质量的提高,身心的健康是密不可分的。
随着社会的发展,传统的营养概念和原有的生活方式已不能适应人民的需要,例如饮食营养不平衡,脂肪摄入过多等,严重危害了人体的健康,人们开始注意饮食保健,要求增加营养保健知识,并需专门人才进行指导和研究。例如区级医院、社区服务中心等都需要懂临床又懂营养的专业医师。我国营养学

营养师水平普遍不高。营养学专业就业前景有关行业报告显示,目前,我国以营养师为主体的营养指导专业人士奇缺,世界健康咨询师联合会透露,我国营养保健专业人员现在有4000人左右,即每30万人一名营养师。在这有限的4000人当中,也是半路出家的居多,专业人士很少。这与瑞士、日本等发达国家相差甚远,日本的营养师数量在40万人以上,平均三四百个人就有一个营养师。日本是世界上人均寿命最长的国家。按照其每300人配备1名营养师的现行比例推算,我国营养师行业有400万个工作机会虚席以待。权威机构预测,营养师将是我国未来最热门的职业之一,具有广泛的社会需求及良好的就业前景。建议大家网络搜索下《财富第五波》就明白营养学的前景有多大了。下一个兆亿美元的产业正在萌芽,这个产业将深入我们生活的各层面,并在十年内创造一兆美元的商机。但我们今天浑然不知,就像不知道1908年的汽车业或1981年的个人计算机会带来庞大的商机一样。……
由此可见,此类专业毕业生将有非常广阔的就业前景。在澳洲,营养师属于紧缺行业这对于目前正在学习食品营养生物化学等专业或高中毕业想学这个专业的澳洲

澳洲营养师协会(Dietitians Association of Australia,简称DAA)是国家专业机构,成立于1976年。除了培养大批的营养师人才外,还对以营养师为提名的移民申请人士提供评估。营养师协会的会员主要分为两种,一种是具有专业认证资格证书的会员,另一种是没有专业认证资格证书的会员。要成为专业资格认证的会员,就必须具备以下条件之一:
- 本科学位是理学学士(Bachelor of Science),而硕士学位是被DAA 认证的。
- 或者本科学位直接是被DAA认证的;或者通过DAA监管的专业考试。
- 正在学习DDA认可的课程,或者成功地通过了DDA监管的专业考试。
准会员(Associate Membership)有两个类别:

Asoociate Student
如果你目前所读的课程没有收到DAA的认证,但是你的专业是人类营养学,食品科学,食品技术等专业,并且在澳洲相关的行业中对人类的食品和营养方面有,就有资格成为DAA的准会员。
如果你的本科学位或者是硕士学位是被DAA认可的,那么你就有资格向他们提出技术评估。但是如果你拿的是海外的学位,大学课程的授课语言不是英语,并且没有在英语为第一语言的国家工作两年以上,那么你除了需要满足英语方面的要求外,还需要通过DAA指定的考试。

悉尼大学:master of nutrition and dietetics 2年学制
The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics provides professional education for dietitians and nutritionists. It builds on major concepts from the study of human biochemistry and physiology to discuss the roles of all nutrients, nutritional contents of food and diet in health and disease. The program includes all the units of study to ensure you reach dietetics competence including public health, medical nutrition therapy, food service management, communication, management, and research and evaluation.
The course is accredited by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
卧龙岗大学:Master of nutrition and dietetics 2年学制
The primary aim of the Master of Nutrition & Dietetics is to prepare graduates to be professional dietitian-nutritionists, eligible for membership to the Dietitians' Association of Australia. The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics offers advanced studies in nutritional science and food science, pathophysiology of nutrition-related illnesses, health promotion, communication skills, and clinical/public health nutrition skills.Graduates are suitable for careers in hospitals, community health centres, private practice and consultancy, the food industry and research establishments.

在中国,随着社会需求的日益递增和公共营养师服务品质的不断提高,营养师的薪资水平每年以20%以上比例递增。中国公共营养师网首席专家逸飞说:公共营养师是白领职业,从业人员多为高知技能型人才。知识体系决定服务体系、服务能力、薪资水平。因此营养师不但要学习中、西医营养学、烹饪营养学等综合学科,还要加强营销、演讲技巧、咨询沟通等能力的培养。而薪资水平较高的岗位主要集中在企业内训讲师、咨询文案营养师、营养服务机构经营、营养工作室经营,美容、超市、饭店营养师。年薪较高的有100万、50万元的营养行业职业经理人和培训师。在营养师协会的会员主要分为两种,一种是具有专业认证资格证书的会员,另一种是没有专业认证资格证书的会员。在澳洲的薪资报酬从2008年10月份的统计数字表明,一个最低级别的营养师年收入标准大约42,679澳元,一个中等级别的营养师年收入标准大约63,708澳元,最高级别的营养师年收入标准则大约81,362澳元。
