 copy of your Chinese Upper Middle School transcript including Year 1 and 2 final results and Year 3 midterm results
 school profile (which should include the success rate of the school's graduates in being admitted to top universities in China, their students' other achievements and their admissions selectivity.)
 copies of your 'Academic Proficiency Test' results or 'Unified Academic Upper Middle School Graduation Examination' (HUIKAO) results, or results of equivalent provincial education commission examination written in Year 3 of Upper Middle school
 a letter indicating that you will write the Chinese University Entrance Examination (GAOKAO) and proof of registration. Note: If you will not be sitting for the GAOKAO, please send a signed and dated letter explaining the reason(s)
 copies of awards received for academic achievement (e.g. Three Good awards, Math or other Olympiad Contest achievements); letters from your school indicating that you are expected to qualify for the Graduation Diploma this year, your rank in class, results of other standardized tests (e.g. SAT/AP/IB), and other accomplishments, especially academic accomplishments
 notarized English translations of all documents above

Already Completed Chinese Secondary School:
 a copy of your Chinese Upper Middle School transcript including Year 1, 2 and 3 final results and a copy of your graduation diploma. Your school must also provide a profile, which should include the success rate of the school's graduates in being admitted to top universities in China, their students other achievements and their admissions selectivity
 copies of your 'Academic Proficiency Test' results or 'Unified Academic Upper Middle School Graduation Examination' (HUIKAO) results, or results of equivalent provincial education commission examination written in Year 3 of Upper Middle school
 copies of awards received for academic achievement, results of other standardized tests (e.g. SAT/AP/IB) and rank in class
 official statement of your Chinese National University Entrance Examination results(GAOKAO) sent directly to Admissions and Awards by the appropriate Provincial Education Commission. Note: If you have not, and will not be sitting for the GAOKAO, please send a signed and dated letter explaining the reason(s)
 notarized English translations of all documents above
