如何让线形图句式丰富起来?

　　很多烤鸭小伙伴在写线形图时常常苦于句式单调，翻来覆去只能用几种有限的句式.。可是你要是提问他们单个的上升或者下降的动词，他们又非常自信地说：“老师，我都知道!上升的动词有：rise, grow, go up, climb, ascend; 下降的动词有：fall, drop, decline, decrease, descend,而且还可以用experience an upward/a downward tread.”

　　那为什么到真正写小作文的时候就觉得只能记起2~3个呢?这一问题的根本原因在于学生只喜欢利利索索地记单词，背诵完就算完了，很少把单词组成句式，通过句式记词组，而且最重要的是要学会把一句话用不同的句式表达出来。那么具体应该怎么来做呢?让我们看个例子吧。

　　如果线形图想表达这个意思：在过去20年中，世界人口缓慢上升，到2015年到达70亿，那么可以怎么说呢?

　　第一种句式：Over the past two decades, the world population increased slightly to 70 billion in 2015.

　　这是最基础的句式，其中的increase可以用rose, grew, went up, climbed, ascended代替，slightly可以用slowly, steadily, gradually 来替代。这样虽然一种句式，但是通过替换出现了 5x4种可能的表达。

　　第二种句式：Over the past two decades, the world population increased slightly, arriving at 70 billion in 2015.

　　这里用了非谓语形式。Increase和slightly的可替换词我们就不在讲了，arriving at 还有没可以替换的呢?当然有!reaching, hitting, registering, standing at, amounting to都是可以用的啊亲爱的小伙伴们!所以了，不要在记一大堆不知道怎么用的词了，放在句子里面记同义词才最靠谱!

　　第三种句式：Over the past two decades, the world population experienced a slight upward trend to 70 billion in 2015.

　　同样地，experienced 也可以用saw, witness来替代!

　　第四种句式：Over the past two decades, the world population experienced a slight growth to 70 billion in 2015.

　　同学们发现第四种和第三种有什么区别了吗?把upward trend 改成了 growth而已，那么这里的growth可以用什么来替代呢?上升动词的名词形式都可以：increase, rise最常用。

　　第四种句式: The past two decades saw a slight growth in the world population, with the number standing at 70 billion in 2015.

　　这里是时间段见证了人口增长，当然是很不错的句式呀!其实这里的with the number standing at 70 billion in 2015可以改成 which stands at 70 billion in 2015.

　　第五种句式：There was a slight increase in the world population over the past two decades, which stands at 70 billion in 2015.

　　这样整理下来，只是说一个上升的趋势都可以说成5种句型，而且每种句型都可以进行5种以上的同义词替换，这样一个意思能用多少句子写出来呢?小伙伴们你们自己算算吧!
