Transcript:
Two official sets of transcripts (and degree certificates from those institutions that do not indicate the awarding of degree on the transcript) from all post-secondary institutions attended, regardless of the number of courses taken or the amount of time spent there. Transcripts and degree certificates issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by certified, word-for-word English translations. Recommendation Letter:
Two references are required. Each reference must include:
1.the completed University of Calgary Reference form from referees able to provide a report on your academic ability and qualifications.
2.Both the Reference Form and Letter of Reference must be submitted online by each Referee. Upon submission of your application, each Referee will receive instructions for completing a reference for you. Referees must NOT send a hardcopy of the completed Reference Form and Letter of Reference to the Department.
