Official Transcripts - Official transcripts must be sent directly to the Office of Admissions in a sealed envelope. Our department will not be held responsible for opening sealed transcripts that were intended for the Office of Admissions.
Curriculum Vitae:
Resume/CV – Required for PhD applicants, optional for Master’s applicants. Resume/CV may be submitted through ApplyTexas/AIS or mailed to the Office of Admissions.
Personal Statement:
Statement of Purpose – may be submitted through the ApplyTexas website or to the Office of Admissions
Recommendation Letter:
Three (3) Letters of Recommendation – We prefer that all letters be submitted electronically through the AIS system during the application process. If your recommenders are unable to submit their letters electronically, you may mail them directly to the Office of Admissions in sealed, signed envelopes. All letters must be signed and printed on official letterhead.
